Nexus :  Engineered to suit andra requirements and meets sfi rules without the refinements of the Metal Jacket range.

'Heavy Duty' Reconditioned Harmonic Balancers / Crank Dampers

ROSS harmonic balancers / crank pulley dampers are specifically designed for direct replacement of either genuine or non genuine standard production type harmonic balancers / crank pulley dampers that have failed due to the assembly methods employed in the std insertion rubber process of non bonded harmonic balancers. Ross Heavy Duty harmonic balancers / crank pulley dampers use the genuine cast iron centres and outer rings which are after being chemically degreased and steel grit blasted, are then assembled and held together with the unique ross tuffbond process. Heavy Duty harmonic balancers have a lifetime warranty against rubber failure.

This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the ROSS HEAVY DUTY HARMONIC BALANCER AND DOES NOT COVER ANY GOODS, PARTS, FREIGHT, TOWING OR COSTS INVOLVED IN THE REPAIR OF OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ROSS HEAVY DUTY HARMONIC BALANCER. Due to safety restrictions and laws for drag racing, it is not legal to use this type of harmonic balancer on cars that have faster ¼ mile times than 10.99sec.

NEXUS Harmonic balancers are machined on our own CNC machines in Australia, from 1045 grade carbon steel and bonded using the super reliable TUFFBOND molecular bonding process developed by ROSS and used continuously since 1981.

The NEXUS harmonic balancer range are all balanced in our factory and are made to exceed A.N.D.R.A. requirements for drag racing in AUSTRALIA. Each NEXUS harmonic balancer is chemically treated to provide a long rust free life in service and after treatment they are Laser engraved with Logo, part number and radially engraved timing marks.

MJ RACE Series' Harmonic Balancers / Crank Pulley Dampers

These harmonic balancers are made to suit ANDRA requirements and meets sfi rules If your engine regularly sees RPM between 10% and 20% more than standard and you are racing on the track doing multi lap events, using fuel cuts and rev limiters in the programming of your engine, as well as rapid accelleration and decelleration then you will need a race series balancer.

If you are running rb nissan the balancer has no provision for A/C belt The accessory drive pulleys are mostly underdriven and in some models up to 20%. (Consult catalogue).

Race Series Harmonic Balancers / Crank Pulley Dampers are bonded balancers created for circuit and drag racing applications. much of the range is instock while customised HARMONIC Balancers / Crank Pulley Dampers can also be manufactured to suit individual needs and specifications. The race series may not suit original OEM pulley setups.
